Job Description for Commercial Account Representative

 

The Commercial Account Representative represents Green Clean in a given territory by selling Green Clean commercial cleaning services thereby increasing market penetration. The territory responsibility for this position is for the District of Columbia metropolitan area.

 

Status: Full Time, Employee

 

Relevant Work Experience: 1+ year

 

Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

 

Salary: 100% Commission

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.

  • Actively participates in customer concern resolution and cancellation turnaround attempts with consistent support and service to existing clients.

  • Ability to solve existing issues and determine solutions to prevent further concerns.

  • Demonstrate complete “project management” over each account in their geographical area of responsibility.

  • Acts in the best interest of the company by applying stated corporate values and priorities to all communications, decisions, and actions.

  • Assist with the rollout of new sales programs/products by reviewing all material for accuracy and providing feedback for improvement.

  • Reporting on a daily activity by maintaining timely, detailed and accurate records of visit activities and outcomes.

  • Displays a commitment to the goals of the department and the enterprise by demonstrating loyalty to the company and co-workers.

  • Responds to corporate requests for information and follow up to support communication on a timely basis.

  • Performs other related duties as needed to support corporate objectives.

 

Job Specifications

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience

  • Applicable quantitative sales experience

  • Extensive background in account management and direct selling
